Genius Accounting Solutions was not created as a business plan exercise. It was created as an act of conviction.
After 22 years working across Australia's largest financial institutions — NAB, ANZ Bank, Wesfarmers Insurance — and then leading a division of a listed Pakistani insurance company, our founder experienced firsthand what happens when professional values are absent from an organisation. When ethics are sacrificed for convenience. When competent people are constrained by incompetent leadership. When the answer to every problem is to hire more people rather than build better systems.
GAS was founded to be the opposite of that. A business where professional standards, ethical conduct, and genuine expertise are not aspirational — they are the minimum. Every client engagement is approached with the rigour, honesty, and care that the founder would want applied to his own business.

CA ANZ, MBA. 22+ years across NAB, ANZ Bank, Wesfarmers Insurance, and enterprise Salesforce consulting. The founder, strategist, and lead delivery consultant across all client engagements.
Systems and process specialist supporting delivery across finance automation and integration projects. Works closely with the principal consultant on technical builds and client implementations.
Responsible for internal operations, team coordination, and HR functions across the GAS group. Ensures the business runs efficiently so client-facing work remains the focus.
Provides legal counsel and compliance oversight for GAS engagements. Ensures client contracts, data handling, and operational practices meet the required standard.
Social Responsibility
Commercial success and social responsibility are not in tension — they are two sides of the same commitment to doing things properly. From the first year of profitable operation, GAS commits to donating 2.5% of net profit to charitable causes, with a focus on education, healthcare access, and economic empowerment in underserved communities.
